The only advantage is that you get an interview notification and can be hired directly. (Basically treating frontline employees as disposable chopsticks.)
The business department at this company is absolutely ridiculous.
After receiving a project, they send the information directly to the back end without checking it themselves.
This makes it extremely difficult for the people responsible for execution to do their jobs. The entire business department is incredibly careless in its work.
Most outrageous of all, even in months when they have not secured any projects, the business department's base salary is still exactly the same as that of employees in other departments.
Whenever something goes wrong, it is never the business department's fault—especially the business team leader, who has the highest error rate, haha.
Coming to this company will only make you furious with the business department.
The boss also asks you to clean up other departments' messes, while the departments receiving the help can still leave work on time.
My senior colleague once worked continuously from 9 a.m. until 7 a.m. the next day without leaving—a total of 21 hours. The boss still thought this was expected.
They maintained this level of work dedication for more than a year and received virtually no raise.
Frontline employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. Unable to recruit enough people, the company continually exploits its current employees. All year round, every department except the business department experiences waves of resignations. Those above fight desperately to claim credit and take pride in their achievements; when projects run into trouble, they disappear, pretend to have amnesia, or make all kinds of excuses. The culture of ingratiation makes the atmosphere utterly toxic, yet management can still congratulate themselves and turn a blind eye.
