Pros

When the boss is in a good mood, he will cook for the employees. His cooking is actually pretty good, although he uses a relatively heavy hand with the oil, so people who like strongly seasoned food will enjoy it.

Cons

1. The owner and his wife are easily swayed and can easily be brainwashed by malicious people. They also will not verify things with you. No matter how much or how long you have contributed, it cannot outweigh a single slanderous remark from certain malicious individuals. Once you have been discredited, it is basically very difficult to clear your name. You will be targeted in various ways, and every mistake will be blamed on the employees; the company is never at fault. Other than resigning or being forced to resign, it is probably difficult to find a third way out. Malicious people are two-faced: they speak one way to your face and another behind your back, making them impossible to guard against.

2. Annual leave follows a calendar-year system. Even if you have worked long enough to be entitled to 7 days of annual leave, the boss requires accounting to prorate the leave over 12 months. This means you accumulate just over one day of leave every two months on average. In other words, they do not want you to have too much leave available at the beginning of the year. Furthermore, this policy is not announced publicly. However, the system changes frequently, so perhaps it has become more employee-friendly by now.

3. The company's policies are entirely based on the boss's mood and preferences, changing from one day to the next. Of course, it is the boss's company, so there is nothing particularly wrong with that.

4. Everyone in the entire company is essentially a production-line worker. R&D, sales, warehouse management, quality control, accounting, and administrative assistants all have to support the production line. Oh, purchasing was not mentioned because someone else handles it in addition to their other duties. The generous way to put it is that a small company is short-staffed and everyone needs to support one another. Put less generously, it shows complete disrespect for the professional expertise you were interviewed and hired for. Moreover, while you are providing support, you cannot use that as an excuse if you fall behind on your regular duties. The production-line supervisor will say: “I only asked you to help when you had time.”

5. The company basically carries out a major internal relocation once a year. Machine tools, equipment, shelves, inventory, and other items are moved around extensively. However, they will not hire a moving company or day laborers to do the moving. At times like this, if you are a man, you will truly hate yourself for having that extra appendage. If you get tired after moving things all day and want to sit down and rest for five minutes, you also cannot let the boss see you, or it will be considered slacking off. Still, it only happens once a year; if you cannot endure it, that is considered the employee's problem.

6. The boss does not have a particularly good memory. If he asks you to do something, keep a record or evidence, in case he turns around several weeks or months later and scolds you for doing it that way.

7. Working here is like eating a Kinder Surprise egg: it is full of interesting experiences that constantly challenge your understanding of common sense.

※ The above only describes personal anecdotes that occurred during my employment. After the passage of time, the company's systems may have become much more完善 and employee-friendly. This is provided solely for everyone's reference.
