The company claims to provide environmental education, but the least environmentally friendly person is actually the boss. They frequently leave their rubbish on the table after eating and make employees clean it up. This applies to both boxed meals and drinks. The work environment is often dirty and messy, and employees are expected to help clean and tidy up.

During interviews, they say overtime is not required, but in reality every employee works overtime every day. Even during holidays, the boss will constantly chase employees for work, meaning that official matters have to be handled at home or after work. The boss often demands that employees reply to messages immediately, but frequently does not reply to messages themselves, or says they are too tired and will discuss it another day, leaving matters stuck and unable to proceed.

Work is often assigned at the last minute, making overtime necessary to complete it. Working an entire night of overtime when closing out a project is the norm. If you do not work overtime, the boss will even think there is a problem with your work attitude.

The entire work environment is extremely unfriendly and will completely wear down your passion for the job. Because of the frequent overtime, colleagues also start getting sick and taking sick leave regularly.
