Her titles are general manager, sales manager, personnel manager, and chair of the R&D meetings. She wants to control everything but does not delegate authority and does not want to take responsibility;

2. She also constantly requires employees to write SOPs and repeatedly asks you to revise them, using this to criticize you. But since when has it been so important for a sales assistant to write SOPs for every task?

3. Toward outsiders, customers, and new employees, she always puts on a smiling, kind, and approachable face, making it seem as though anything can be discussed. In reality, she is quick to turn hostile and cold, with highly volatile moods.
