If you want to experience what it’s like to work for a clueless, exploitative boss, you can give it a try. If you have ability and want to grow, run away quickly.
It’s a small company that loves imposing big-company policies, but when it comes to certain people, there are always special ways of handling things. If you’re someone the boss likes, you’ll get blatant double standards in your favor. If you happen to be someone the boss doesn’t like, well,呵呵—fend for yourself.
The boss loves to paint rosy pictures, talking all day about unrealistic goals and taking credit for how good he is to the employees. He’ll give you all the money he’s supposed to—but whether you actually receive it is another matter ^_^
If you’re incompetent, don’t like talking back, do whatever the boss tells you to do, have no particular ambitions, and absolutely believe the rosy pictures the boss paints, this company is highly recommended for you to try!
For people without the above traits, I recommend not trying it lightly! Once you join the company, you’ll just be constantly undermined by the boss and blindsided by your coworkers and the factory. It will leave you extremely physically and mentally exhausted.
