This is truly the worst company I have ever worked for.
1. The supervisor has a very explosive temper and often argues with the boss and slams doors. If you happen to be there, it will be extremely awkward, so be careful not to get caught in the crossfire.
2. Meetings are extremely frequent. There are only a few employees, yet meetings almost always last at least an hour, and the content is sometimes very vague.
3. The boss wants to do everything. Even when you point out the difficulties involved in implementation, he ignores them and simply insists that you complete it.
4. They strongly expect employees to work overtime, and consider it “leaving late” rather than overtime.
5. If you request overtime pay, the boss will assertively say that no one else gets it either.
6. You will be called into the boss’s office at least 10 times a day, each time merely because he wants you to help him remember something—he calls you in once for every thought that comes to mind.
7. He says, “Could you come in so we can discuss this for two minutes?” In reality, add a zero to that time yourself.
8. The boss’s decision-making mistakes will ultimately be blamed on you.
9. After you submit your resignation, you will be deliberately made things difficult for in every possible way, with sarcastic remarks made intentionally in front of other employees.
10. The work is never-ending. While you are carrying something out, additional tasks A, B, C, and D will suddenly be inserted.
