Workplace reviews and discussion: 三惠製材所有限公司

The work environment is quite quiet and secluded, and if you drive, parking is easy.

The company’s address is really quite remote—even Google Maps can’t find it. During the interview, the owner did not conduct the interview personally; they just had a manager from another department fill in. They said the second interview would be conducted personally by the owner. The questions asked also didn’t make much sense, and the whole interview felt confusing and unclear....

When it came to salary, the interviewer was actually left speechless after hearing my current salary (although it is really only around the median). They told me that if my salary was at that level, they would recommend not joining their company because they couldn’t offer that much. As for the actual amount, they only said it definitely wouldn’t be that high, and that the owner and the owner’s wife would still discuss and determine the salary. In addition, the company does not provide an annual bonus; before the Lunar New Year, they only give a small amount of money as a red envelope. The same applies to the three major holidays!
