The chairman is very generous, treats employees well, and places importance on compensation and rewards! Worth encouraging! Other than that, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
The problems at this company basically stem from management. The work environment operates under a “responsibility system,” and senior management places great emphasis on whether you “voluntarily work overtime.” I was personally once required to work overtime until nearly dawn. There is no internal system whatsoever; everything is chaotic and disorganized. Employee turnover is extremely high. Basically, it is a one-person dictatorship: once a senior manager says something, that is how it is, and policies can change from one day to the next. A company that is gilded on the outside but rotten within—what a shame for this brand.
