FXE is a terrible job! Besides having to deal with all the company’s domestic and overseas business matters, whenever someone in the sales group provides poor service, you will immediately be reported to management. Then your supervisor will help the salesperson scold you. Sometimes the sales team’s problems will also be blamed on FXE!
FXE is responsible for every miscellaneous task assigned by the boss, including the boss’s personal matters. Sometimes, when helping the boss with something, the boss will even intentionally or unintentionally set a trap for you!
There is no overtime pay, yet FXE is required to handle work matters after getting off work and returning home!
The boss has very poor emotional control. The slightest mistake by FXE gets blown out of proportion. The boss treats technical staff like salespeople and completely misses the point!
Countless excellent employees have already burned out in this position. They either fall out with the boss or can no longer withstand the work pressure!
The boss does not have a technical background, yet believes their own technical skills are exceptionally strong.
The boss has terrible judgment; every FXE they personally hire turns out to be incompetent!
The workload is overwhelming. On top of that, you constantly have to deal with all kinds of requests from domestic and overseas sales teams. Sometimes the combination of request emails and phone calls will make you question your life! The boss will not show you any consideration. If you cannot finish everything, it is your fault. Even if you finish everything and leave work on time, you will still be criticized. The boss never sees the work you do overtime to handle!
Because FXE does not directly generate sales performance—the sales team gets all the credit—the position is both important and awkward within the company!
Most colleagues are polite on the surface, but they will usually stab FXE in the back, making trouble behind your back. No matter how careful you are, you will step on a landmine!
The boss only thinks you are doing too little and will keep piling more work on you!
