The supervisors there are genuinely willing to teach (CNC machine operation). Colleagues hired around the same time are also very willing to help and support one another.
The boss may use deceptive representations when recruiting employees. You may apply for position A, but the actual job stated in the employment offer may turn out to be position B, and they may deliberately avoid clarifying this during the follow-up phone call. There may also be cases of reporting a lower salary than the actual pay, with no willingness to remedy the situation (such as the 6% labor pension contribution).
