Except for the Facilities and R&D departments, everyone can leave work on time.
The boxed lunches on the first floor of Tangcheng are very cheap.
The company environment is very poor, with many small cockroaches and rats, and no one is hired to clean. There are many internal problems and hardly any systems—things change every day. Departments push responsibilities onto one another, and some managers have poor emotional control or constantly dump work on their subordinates. If you want to learn, the managers in the Domestic Sales and R&D departments are normal, decent people. As for the other departments… brave adventurers are welcome to take on the challenge!
There are many long-serving employees at the company, mostly aged 40 and over. Turnover is quite high; the younger generation of new hires simply cannot be retained, and the year-end bonus is generally less than one month’s salary.
