I previously worked here as a packaging operator. The salary was the minimum wage at the time, with every other weekend off. The amount reported for labor and health insurance was paid by bank transfer, and the remainder was paid in cash. There were not many employees, and the work was quite simple—just packaging some paper products. A certain production quota had to be met every day, and the job required little technical skill.
At the time, I resigned in anger after being verbally humiliated by a senior employee. Earlier on, they even tried to pressure me using my evaluation results, simply because I arranged the items on the table differently from how they had taught me. They then launched into a tirade, saying that university students nowadays were useless. They had poor emotional control and were only a team leader, with me as their sole subordinate. Anyway, for this kind of low-paying crappy job, there would always be someone willing to apply; they wouldn't miss me.
