Two months’ year-end bonus

1. You have to buy lunch for your mentor (the key point is that you and your mentor don’t get along at all).

2. New hires have very little—almost no—break time, while mentors can take a 30-minute break each day.

If a new hire gets five minutes, they should consider themselves lucky.

3. Coworkers are like dead fish every day. It’s true that they leave work as soon as their shift ends, but there is absolutely no camaraderie among coworkers.

Although the workday is only eight hours, it is extremely hard to endure!!
