The HR department and the chairman are alike—they both really like berating people.

The chairman seems to have anger issues; not a day goes by without him berating someone, and he does it by shouting.

Apart from calling people idiots, Zhu Bajie, and other insults, he also has a bad temper and throws things around.

I strongly advise everyone not to waste their time at this company, because no matter how capable you are, you will be berated until you seem completely useless.

In particular, people applying for mechanical design positions should absolutely not go!

On your first day, he will give you a drawing; on your second day, he will ask you to draw beside him. If you work slowly, he will criticize you and say that even using Paint, he can draw faster and better than you!!!

He also mixes up mechanical design and ID.

The smart ones leave on the second or third day. Unfortunately, those who stay are dismissed on the ninth day because the boss does not want to pay too much severance. No one is spared!

Moreover, the boss makes HR calculate every day how many days each newcomer has been there. On the ninth day (including Saturday and Sunday—actually seven working days), he decides whether to tell you to leave.

You have not even become familiar with the workplace or its surroundings, and then you are told to leave on the ninth day. It is truly miserable—do not waste your time.
