During the interview, the HR representative and supervisor both painted an overly rosy picture and misled me into thinking I could make full use of my talents after joining. Only after starting did I realize they had been talking nonsense. The systems inside are a complete mess, with no SOPs, and every colleague—senior employees included—has no idea about anything when asked. On top of that, they relentlessly bully newcomers verbally and through their attitudes. Those who have stayed there for a long time are mostly old-timers with nowhere else to go; they only put on a show for upper management. Most importantly, they expect you to work overtime every day and finish your work before leaving, but you cannot report the overtime at all! When you ask the relevant colleagues about something, they read your messages without replying and do not answer the phone either—it's absolutely outrageous. The average employee age is over 45. If you like working with older people, you can consider giving it a try.
