Free company parking, lunch provided. Although it is a factory, it is clean and attractive, and complies with the Labor Standards Act.
Because it is a purely Japanese-owned company, Japanese language proficiency is required. For sales-related positions, do not expect to have your own ideas or stand out after joining, because all decisions are made by Japanese supervisors. You passively receive orders and instructions and handle customer correspondence. You do not need to decide prices; quotations are provided by the Japanese supervisors, and you only need to prepare the quotation forms. If you can accept this, it is a good company where you can stay for a long time.
