I am an employee who recently resigned from this company. The reason I resigned is that I currently want to go to a larger-scale A4 advertising company to further develop my skills! My starting salary was NT$28,000 right after graduation. I worked at this company for three years, and my final salary was NT$36,000. The bonus for each of the three traditional holidays was NT$6,000, and the year-end bonus was one to two months’ salary, which is still okay for a company of this size. There is also no overtime! However, this company is not suitable for working at for eight or nine years or more. It is suitable for people who want to hone their layout skills and build up their portfolios.
