Pros
The colleagues are nice
Cons
Salary payments are delayed, and there are no national holidays or compensatory days off. They still haven’t provided the salary details after half a year. Threatening that there will be an annual bonus but no paid leave—are you kidding?
They even forget to make up the time off when adjusting your leave.
