I honestly can't think of any advantages.
I received a phone interview from the headquarters. The department manager and HR seemed eager to get someone hired (trying to force a square peg into a round hole), saying they could provide a medical examination and credit report first. It was truly an eye-opener.
It's perfectly normal for job applicants to ask about company benefits, right? Yet HR just tossed out, "A big company has everything it should have." Later, they seemed extremely annoyed by my questions and came across as highly unprofessional. I suspect the receptionist was forced to handle HR duties—ridiculous.
In summary, definitely don't apply to this company. Don't waste your valuable time.
