2. Sometimes you get to hear about the funny things the boss has done recently.
1. There is no overtime pay when you work until midnight, only a subsidy for taking a taxi.
2. The boss often suddenly messages you before you get off work asking you to revise a design, and you have to do it immediately.
3. The situation described in the second point happens often. During the busy season especially, you may be expected to keep working until the boss says it is okay to stop.
4. All design work has to be reviewed by upper management, but upper management often reads the message without replying. You have to ask repeatedly or even call before getting a response, and sometimes you have no idea what you are supposed to do next.
5. If you value efficiency or have a weak stomach, don't apply.
