It is understandable that the pandemic created difficulties and that survival was necessary, but speaking strictly about the issues:

- The male boss is very impatient. Anything he considers important must be dealt with immediately, and he is extremely disrespectful to people.

- Salaries are often not paid on time. When reminded, the male boss may inexplicably lose his temper.

- I was often inexplicably asked by the male boss to help with tasks. He most commonly used the phrase “because I trust you.” In addition to receiving no compensation, when I later refused to continue helping, he would issue orders saying that I could not refuse. He is extremely willful.

- The male boss is easily provoked and has a very bad temper. Without understanding what the other person means, he will say emotionally manipulative things such as, “I got this far without you anyway,” or “So-and-so did a much better job.”

- The male boss has a very thick skin and cannot tell how others feel about him. He only thinks about himself, and can say something offensive to others and then act as if nothing happened.

- The male boss treats people imperiously and does not humbly ask for guidance. He only says, “I don’t know how,” and then hands the task over to someone else.

- The bosses often disagree and get into conflicts. Neither side will yield; they only want to express their own opinions rather than solve the underlying problem. Their handling of matters is extremely immature and unprofessional.

In summary, is it really that difficult to respect one another and one’s work partners?
