Pros

They had already prepared your salary book of life and death during the interview. Also, they give you a thank-you letter—isn’t that a kind of advantage too, rather than leaving you with no response?

Also, they’ll make you recall when you graduated from elementary school, junior high school, and high school.

Cons

1. They put all the interviewees together in one area, so several candidates just sit there looking at one another—either it’s awkward or everyone is trying to guess what the others are thinking. Then the interview doesn’t start on time. I guess because they’re the employer, they can do whatever they want.

2. The interview arrangements were very elaborate—even the vice president of administration showed up. But as soon as the vice president arrived, they went off to make a phone call. Four people from the hiring department then came, along with an HR manager, for a total of six people. Yet the people from the relevant department didn’t say a single thing; from start to finish, it was the HR manager dominating the interview. When they realized they couldn’t intimidate the interviewee, perhaps they couldn’t satisfy their own sadistic desires and lust for power, so they simply eliminated you from consideration.

3. Only after arriving and talking during the interview did I discover that the position released by the relevant department was completely different from the position listed for that department on the Slave Bank website. You had to ask to find out: the Slave Bank listing clearly said A, but only at the interview did you learn that it was actually B. Perhaps they themselves didn’t know what kind of person they wanted, and then, after discovering that the deceived leek they had recruited wasn’t tasty enough, they had no choice but to hastily decide a day or two later to get rid of you and send a thank-you letter.

4. If a senior official from the relevant department hears that you did something while you were still in school, they immediately use their own “experience” to make a subjective judgment, seemingly without giving you a chance to deny it. So if you do deny it, they may already decide in their mind that you’re difficult to enslave, further increasing the likelihood that you won’t become the delicious leek on their plate.

5. The interview at the hospital is only the first round; afterward, you still have to go somewhere else for a second round. Even after being hired, you remain a “prospective employee” and have to participate in some kind of XX alliance run by the Shin Kong Group. What this alliance is for is unknown; for all you know, they may make you transfer around within the group.

6. Regarding point 2, this seems likely to be another company occupied by a terrifying HR organization. Perhaps the senior officials in the hiring department didn’t dare say anything because the HR manager’s official威 was too intimidating; if they said the wrong thing, they might be the next ones looking for a job.

7. The year-end bonus calculation is very strange. Is only 60% of the results from three performance evaluations ultimately counted toward your year-end bonus?

8. The administrative area is not in the hospital’s main building but together with places such as the cerebrovascular research center and the CT scanning area. Therefore, I’m not sure whether, after joining, you might actually perform your work in the main building while your office is in an administrative area extremely far away.
