The salary and benefits look quite good, and the current bonuses are also attractive with no clawbacks. However, they do come at the cost of investing a corresponding amount of time and effort. If you are genuinely interested in the tutoring and educational services industry and want to apply for this admissions position, you may find it easier to get started by choosing a branch in northern or central Taiwan~
Because this is an admissions job, there will inevitably be pressure to recruit students. There is also competition in this industry, and the number of opportunities for promotion is limited. It may take some time and hard work before you can become one of the key members of the team. Nevertheless, this could be a good experience for pursuing any career in the future, so it may be worth giving it a try.
