Interviewed for a TPM position at age 32 as a married person
The “senior colleagues” conducting the interview—one man and one woman, around 30–40 years old—asked: So, are you married?
Answer: Yes.
Interviewer: Shouldn’t you establish your career before starting a family? (with a contemptuous laugh)
Answer: Family planning involves timing considerations.
Interviewer: What do you think sales does?
Answer: It is responsible for sales performance and sales targets.
Interviewer: Okay, thank you for coming today.
Sharing my TPM interview experience for everyone’s reference. Personally, I think there is really no need to go to Lide Street and waste your precious life on people who have problems in their heads.
