The HR representative from this company called and only asked about your previous salary, whether many people are currently trying to recruit you, and which programming languages you had used before. Then they asked whether you had heard of the company; if not, they started introducing it.
After asking for your personal information, they asked whether you were interested in on-site work. Naturally, I asked what the work would generally involve and what types of systems I might be responsible for developing, but they only said that I would know if I came in for an interview. They only mentioned that the clients were Taishin and Cathay. Finally, the HR representative said they would send me the job description on 104, but what I saw was another canned message asking whether I was interested, and it did not answer the questions either. Should the manager check whether this HR representative is suitable for the job? It made me feel that they were merely gathering market intelligence. If you are asked about this, just brush it off; after all, the HR representative was not seriously trying to recruit anyone.
