I interviewed with this company last year! What left a deep impression on me was when I asked about the salary conditions, the interviewer told me that 38K was a department manager-level salary. I was stunned and laughed to myself! Every company in the same industry that works with TSMC offered me over 40K, and that was for a regular engineer's salary! And you're telling me that the department manager-level salary at your company is 38K? You're really stingy... No wonder the company is so uncompetitive! Hahaha 😂
