Sometimes the boss leaves early, leaving you alone in the company.
The company lacks a proper system. If business trips delay your leaving time, there is no compensatory leave or overtime pay. You have to use your own scooter for outside work, but the monthly subsidy of NT$1,000 is simply not enough. The office is set up in a residence, and the work environment is messy, with belongings left by former employees piled up everywhere. On the fourth day, I felt that I did not like this work environment and told the boss that I wanted to resign.
