The interviewer had a smile on their face.

Several candidates were scheduled for the same time. After completing the application form, the interviewer took each candidate aside for an individual interview (rather than conducting a group interview), and so on. Every candidate had to wait, with the last person waiting the longest. I felt this interview process was not very respectful to each candidate.
