Oshina Co., Ltd., a company recruiting through Yao-Ding on 104
1. The company has only three employees; the more than 20 people in the office are not from their company. It looks like they are operating out of someone else’s space.
2. The three employees have to handle the work of the entire company. They are looking for proactive employees who are willing to take on other people’s work, with overtime until 8 or 9 p.m.
3. The job posting on 104 stated NT$33,000–42,000, but the actual offer at the interview was NT$30,000.
4. The job duties did not sound like they offered any prospects for development; it was basically an office clerk position doing miscellaneous tasks.
