Pros

The Mid-Autumn Festival bonus is NT$300 for everyone, regardless of position.

Cons

1. A family-run cleaning company made up of parents, grandparents, children, and other relatives. It only takes on government contract projects, and all employees are hired on fixed-term contracts. Be sure to read the fixed-term contract carefully.

2. Enter this company with caution. It is entirely family-run, with people protecting their own family members and favoring them. There is no clear line between right and wrong, and, plainly put, they cannot distinguish right from wrong.

3. There are virtually no standards for cleaning staff. The family members only want to play the good cop, presenting one face in public and another behind people’s backs. When clients make requests, they either refuse them or claim they are unreasonable, leaving on-site supervisors unable to satisfy either side. They cannot make fair and impartial judgments about who is right or wrong, as they only want to overstep their authority and interfere.

4. It only takes on contract projects, so the work is inconsistent. Fixed-term employment offers essentially no long-term security. It is recommended that you look for a larger company in the same industry with a better reputation.

5. A fixed-term employee was allowed to leave work without permission during working hours without receiving any punishment, which was extremely unfair to other employees. The company only took corrective action after a major problem occurred, then established attendance rules and so on. Ridiculous.

6. It is said that the business will be taken over by the second generation, but the family members themselves have poor discipline and create divisions and suspicion among hired employees. I advise you to avoid this company, especially to avoid being made a scapegoat and ending up with a poor outcome despite your efforts.
