The factory is fairly clean
This company takes tax avoidance to the extreme.
For a warehouse worker, the interview discusses a monthly salary of 27K, presented as the base salary. However, the pay statement lists the base salary as 24K, with the remainder made up through perfect-attendance and meal allowances. Using meal allowances to make up the difference is extremely shameless.
They also ask you to sign the employment contract first and then privately add the details afterward. So I only found out I had been deceived when I received my salary. The people who are busiest in the company earn the least, while some people can spend all day scrolling on their phones and still receive high pay. I hope this review can help more people.
Finally, the entire company uses equipment made in mainland China, and it is very poor quality. If it breaks because of improper operation, you are screwed.
