Pros
There is new employee training.
Cons
The first four hours before starting work on your first day are unpaid. New employees have to use their own leave to attend training. Annual leave can only be taken for two days. The compensatory days off for 2022 were scheduled in March; in a certain sense, this amounts to exploiting a loophole in the law.
