1. The boss enjoys sharing professional knowledge and personally teaches their successful experiences without holding anything back.
2. If you have any questions or need help, you can communicate directly with the boss (which is uncommon in local companies), and they will do their best to help.
3. The business volume is substantial; by observing and experiencing things attentively, you can learn a great deal.
4. Senior colleagues are very willing to help newcomers.
5. The company puts effort into maintaining customer relationships, and the customer return rate is high.
6. During the pandemic, the company did not resort to arbitrary layoffs and took great care of every employee. Most importantly, salaries continued to be paid as usual.
1. The boss is genuine and straightforward. The saying “the deeper the love, the harsher the criticism” applies—their goal is for employees to improve. However, they can be too direct, and their communication skills may need further adjustment.
2. Although the company is people-oriented, the boss has to consider the bigger picture, so there are always a few problematic employees who must be tolerated to some extent.
3. The company operates at too fast a pace. Sometimes, a proposal or plan is pushed forward before the timing is fully right.
4. There is always unfinished work to deal with on holidays. It would be acceptable if it were important, but it is often minor work that should have been assigned earlier, and handovers are not properly completed before leave.
5. Responsibilities are distributed unevenly. Several people may work on the same task at the same time, wasting manpower.
