There aren't really any pros.
Although it was founded by foreigners and seems to have many locations, the students' reviews are not very good. There seem to be many disputes.
When I went for the interview, it was conducted by HR and the hiring manager. Only HR gave me a business card. The interview took place in a small room resembling a study-abroad consultation room. They said they would give me an answer in a week, but I still received no response at all.
It didn't feel very good. It seemed like there was no real system and that people were not treated with much respect. The salary also starts at NT$30,000. It felt very Taiwanese.
