Pros
Overtime can only be compensated with time off. There is a semi-mandatory policy that leaves no option to receive overtime pay. When the work cannot be finished, you cannot take the time off either, so you can only properly enjoy it before leaving the company.
Cons
The biggest reason for the high employee turnover rate all comes down to the boss.
