No experience is required; someone will train you. Salaries are paid on time, and there is a monthly team meal.
The workload is excessive. You are expected to handle tasks such as listing and delisting products, setting up reduced-quantity promotions, negotiating product prices and promotional campaigns with platform PMs (and asking them to feature the products), creating banners, processing product returns and dismantling returned packages, checking whether products are damaged, packing orders, boxing shipments, issuing delivery notes, providing customer service, receiving products into the warehouse, holding weekly/monthly meetings, and more.
The boss is very emotional. When in a good mood, they treat everyone to food; when in a bad mood, they may lecture, scold, or yell at you, or constantly monitor what you are doing and how you speak to customers on the phone, which creates a great deal of mental pressure.
One of the coworkers has a particularly bad temper. When they are in a bad mood, they also lash out at people, scolding you for no reason and picking fights. They are very emotional as well. The pay is low, and working here is painful.
