None at all
It has all the drawbacks of a Taiwanese-owned, family-run company. Think twice before joining!
- Poor employee benefits; the only benefit is an absurd employee-purchase program
- The salary structure includes an attendance bonus (the base salary is rock-bottom)
Taking sick leave deducts 1,000 from the attendance bonus; being late also deducts 1,000
- Miscellaneous job duties
- Extremely disrespectful toward employees (they call you when they need you and discard you when they don't)
- Severe emotional manipulation by supervisors, leaving subordinates at a loss
- Advertises itself as a friendly company with a 5:30 p.m. end of day, but there is often so much work that you have to work overtime at home until midnight (you will get dirty looks if you apply for overtime)
- Strongly influenced by personal discretion; if upper management takes a dislike to you, they will immediately blacklist you and make you leave (completely arbitrary management—if upper management doesn't like you, they will do everything they can to target you and make trouble for you)
- Employees are divided into ambitious types who love currying favor with the boss and retirement-minded types with a civil-servant mentality
- Employees must take turns serving as the lunch-duty person and cleaning the company premises (the company does not provide toilet paper)
