When operators are more capable than management and the maintenance team: success.
But when management and maintenance only keep themselves frantically busy: failure.
When those lacking ability can only pressure operators with their positions: failure.
Once you land a cushy position, enjoy it; once you fall into a crappy position, don't expect to be able to switch. Hopefully no one will ever leave. Failure.
When there is an NG problem, they won't look for the root cause; they'll only blame the operators. Failure.
Think carefully before going. Before joining, make sure you have what it takes to stay in a crappy position without leaving.
