The salary is fairly decent.

A very inexplicable company with no systems or structure. One assistant frequently loses her temper and acts entitled, plays games during work hours, and deliberately adjusted her seat to face away from everyone. Everyone knows, but they only dare to be angry in silence. She does not even shut down her computer after work, leaving it running so the game can continue—misuse of company resources. The boss lacks decisiveness; he wants to manage the company well but does not want to play the bad guy. Recently, after favoring her and promoting her to a managerial position, he has allowed her to do whatever she wants, which is why she has become so arrogant. She has strong opinions about every department, often saying that the graphic designers, finance staff, and warehouse personnel are doing things wrong, while she herself can do no wrong. If you do not meet her approval, she finds ways to make you resign on your own. She even meddles in personnel matters, with no clear separation of authority. She blames us for creating messes that force her to stay late and leave alone, but in reality, no one manages her while she pretends to be busy, plays games while working, and fraudulently claims overtime pay. A company with such poor management has no real prospects.
