栗鼎股份有限公司
Pros

Responsible for supplying basic chemical agents for wastewater treatment at technology factories. There is basically a steady source of business, and it can be considered a company with room for further development.

Cons

Claims to use a militarized management style, but this seems limited to supervisors having watched too many military training films. Their tone is always impatient and occasionally includes a few swear words. This management style is also reflected in the employee turnover rate. The office atmosphere is dull, and the work is not particularly enjoyable.

To assist with matters related to technology factories, employees must cover the costs themselves, whether for external training courses or obtaining certification for working at a technology factory.

If you want to receive a uniform, the form states that employees who resign before completing one year will be charged for the uniform. This may be the company’s way of reducing labor expenses, or it may be because the turnover rate is high and subsidies are not provided.

In addition, after being hired and reporting for duty, employees must submit a health examination report and a certificate of no criminal record, among other documents. These costs must also be paid personally.

The most senior engineer has only been there for just over two years. In addition, a group of safety personnel resigned after receiving their bonuses. Although interviews have been taking place successively, no new employees have joined. Within less than three months of starting at the company, I saw quite a few people resign. In addition to their regular duties, engineers must also assist the safety staff in overseeing the filling-vehicle operations. Due to the staff shortage, whenever someone takes leave, the workload increases, not to mention when someone wants to take extended leave.

The company does not organize employee dinners or company trips. Relations among colleagues are not bad, but there is no atmosphere of teamwork or shared goals. Most engineers and safety personnel seem to be there to accumulate experience as contractors at technology factories, and then move on to other arrangements after a few years. If you stay for a full year, the company provides a travel allowance; however, with the staff shortage, it is basically unlikely that you will be able to take an extended vacation.

Whether you are an engineer or a safety professional, if you want to build experience in technical services such as water treatment at technology factories, it is recommended that you compare this company with other companies in the same industry. After all, you are building experience and qualifications either way, and no one would want to spend eight hours a day experiencing the atmosphere of recruit training at Chenggongling.
