Cons

I applied for a front-end engineer position. Due to the pandemic, the interview was conducted by phone. The boss casually asked a few questions and then said I could try working for two days first; if everything was OK, I could work remotely directly. I would also be paid for the two trial days (but later I was not given a pay statement, so I don't know whether they were actually counted...). The boss did not seem to understand programming languages very well, often doing things on a whim, and there was frequently a generation gap.

Here is the important point!! Please pay attention: Salaries were delayed every month. The original contract stated that salaries would be paid on the 5th of each month, but every month they were delayed by one or two days without any notice. I always had to ask proactively, after which they would continue to stall and make excuses such as "I'll handle it later" or "I'll take care of it in a while." In the end, during the last month, my salary was delayed by more than ten days, with a pile of excuses. This seriously violated the Labor Standards Act. In an attempt to retain me, the boss even said they would pay the following month's salary in advance, but that promise was also broken. To this day, I still have not received the wages owed to me. Later, the boss simply read my messages without replying. Extremely irresponsible. The content of our conversations completely shattered my view of the world. I hope there will be no more victims!!
