The only pro is the work environment (located in the Kaohsiung Software Park).
During the interview, you have to write answers to questions and complete an English test. After that, each supervisor interviews you “separately,” and they all ask roughly the same questions. It is inefficient and a waste of time. One female supervisor did not understand the field but insisted on pretending that she did, and even used belittling remarks about the candidate to drive down the salary. Low pay with an all-inclusive responsibility system, while treating labor and health insurance as company benefits. Unless you have no other options, I recommend not coming here and wasting your time.
