The colleagues are nice, possibly because they are all being exploited.

The pay is very low, and overtime is frequent. The long-standing overtime system and pay do not comply with regulations, and employees leave after not staying long. The company only exploits its employees. The job description does not mention it, but employees are still frequently asked to drive and deliver goods, sometimes working overtime to make deliveries in the middle of the night. Even when you say you cannot do it, you are still mocked. The boss has a very poor attitude.
