There are plenty of perks, but this isn’t real estate—there’s no need to be bought off because of them.
1. When you tell your supervisor about difficulties at work, all they do is tell you to solve them yourself.
2. The boss’s wife and a colleague let out shrill, bell-like screams all day long.
3. They keep chanting all kinds of slogans. Is this North Korea?
4. The boss sings at their desk at the drop of a hat.
5. Monthly meetings are a huge waste of life. If the relationship is good enough, there’s no need to specifically tell each other what you’re doing.
6. The scope of everyone’s job responsibilities is perpetually unclear.
7. The design director has no grasp of the designers’ work progress.
8. If you don’t do things exactly as instructed, they lose their temper—the need for control is off the charts.
9. Cursing out colleagues in group chats is also an everyday occurrence. Too bad I can’t upload pictures.
10. Just how many group chats are they planning to create? It’s as if private LINE accounts were company assets.
11. I hear the CFO will be coming here to take a look. Please, be kind and save your own company.
12. The seating is cramped, as if this were a cram school for exam preparation.
