The person who invited me to the interview seemed pretty nice.
I have over five years—almost six years—of work experience, but during the interview I was told that my experience was completely a blank slate……
When asked about my salary expectations, I said 32, and they immediately replied that it was impossible. They said that with work experience like a blank slate, they could only offer 28 = = I’m afraid even fresh graduates nowadays wouldn’t want to take this salary 😂
Although it is a five-day workweek, it isn’t a Saturday-and-Sunday weekend. I would also have to work shifts during long weekends and couldn’t take time off. After they stated the salary, I felt that even if I were hired, I wouldn’t want to go.
