1. Shorter working hours: start at 08:40 and finish at 17:30, with a 1.5-hour lunch break, for a total of 7.4 hours.
2. Extremely cold air conditioning—the kind of cold that makes you wear a jacket in summer.
1. During the interview, they do not look at your résumé. Instead, they ask you to come in, take a look at your appearance, and then send you home to wait for a second interview.
2. The company has no procedures or structure. Work is assigned arbitrarily, and there is no job coverage system, so multiple people may work on the same task, with each person doing things their own way.
3. The company is extremely backward. Its computer and information equipment is outdated, and all paperwork is done by hand (because the boss does not know how to use a computer and does not want to learn).
4. The boss is extremely emotional and neurotic, and seems to enjoy berating people. They frequently call employees over to lecture them for more than an hour over trivial matters.
5. The boss does not respect professional expertise and thinks that any kind of work—whether marketing, website development, video editing, or graphic design—is extremely quick and easy. They will even question whether you simply do not know how to do it.
6. They will definitely seek employees out for rambling conversations before lunch breaks and before the end of the workday, making it impossible for you to rest.
7. The boss has a terrible attitude and thinks that whoever pays is the boss. They make unreasonable demands of all vendors; even when looking for a venue, they scold the other party and tell them to improve their venue and equipment (while still using that venue because the other options are too expensive).
8. The boss frequently pretends to understand things they do not, and often goes back on their word. What they say today differs from what they say tomorrow, so work is often wasted, but the boss will think it is your fault.
