Applying for a supervisor position at this company does not match the actual job: a supervisor is treated as an engineer, and the work requires going through the training and hardships of an engineer. Industry experience is only taken as a reference by this company. Any female employee can give any construction-site worker a hard time. For anyone considering working for this company: even if finding a job is difficult for a while, do not go there.
