For the manufacturing position upstairs, I almost always left work on time and rarely worked overtime.
The company underwent major changes after the boss changed. Once, a colleague went upstairs to check the inventory, leaving only me and my supervisor downstairs. Close to 11:00 a.m., I happened to find a free moment to tell my supervisor that I was going to the restroom. The supervisor then said I had taken too long, because after I went to the restroom, they had to issue invoices and answer the phone alone, and there was also mail to be delivered by the postman. I was completely dumbfounded because it happened to be during my period. I had only brought replacement menstrual products and needed to fill my menstrual cup with water, and the restroom downstairs at the company also had squat toilets, so there was no way to sit back and enjoy a leisurely break.
