百泓國際事業有限公司
Pros

I’ve been gone for a while now. I can’t say there are no advantages, but some of them really are……

1. Overtime pay is provided even for just one minute of overtime.

2. When a typhoon is approaching, if it reaches level 6 and affects level 3, there will be a day off.

3. The year-end banquet involves visiting tourist attractions and staying overnight.

4. If the company’s overall performance target is reached, there will be an overseas trip.

5. There is a meeting in the morning, and the afternoon that same day is recreational time.

6. Public holidays are days off, with no make-up workdays.

Cons

1. You have to do your own assigned work properly. If you take sick leave, no one will cover your work when you return (even if shipments are affected).

2. You should get into the habit of documenting everything you do. Even if you were following a supervisor’s instructions, if something goes wrong, it will be considered the executor’s fault.

3. If you have any questions at work, don’t just tell your supervisor; it’s better to let the boss know as well (screenshots are a useful tool).

4. You also have to complete work from urgent, last-minute orders.

5. In a certain department, for unit work, you only need to fill and package the products, so they can be shipped quickly (so production time doesn’t count as time?!).

6. Some people in a certain department like to directly instruct the unit on how to operate so that their customers can receive their goods sooner (what about the customers who honestly wait for shipment......).

7. They design some difficult-to-understand forms for you to fill out.

8. The supervisor likes to play the nice person.

9. As long as nothing goes wrong, or the supervisor handles the troublesome matters, the supervisor will let you deal with things however you want (but if something goes wrong, it’s your fault).

10. If you are not someone the supervisor likes, they will communicate with you through coworkers, or dump on you things they don’t want to do or that are difficult to handle.

11. You can report anything you think is problematic about the unit’s work to the boss, but there is a high chance they will ignore you.

12. The boss always takes the supervisor’s side.

13. No meals are provided for overtime, and you may be so busy that you don’t even have time to eat (you will definitely get a lunch break, though).

14. The supervisor does not hand over their work before taking leave (they like you to call and ask them).

In short, interpersonal relationships are really important.

This place is suitable for short-term training, but not for staying long-term.

For reference (I hope this post becomes useless, because that would mean the environment has improved).

P.S.

1. The bosses know about this website. Another name for the company seems to be used to check it from time to time. People who posted comments before were all deleted (regardless of whether they were positive or negative, although there were actually many negative reviews).

2. The boss currently doesn’t know there are reviews here, so please keep a low profile.

3. Regardless of why you left, please don’t click “negative review,” so everyone can have a trail to follow when asking around about this company.

Finally, best wishes to those who were hired. Keep going!

To everyone who has left, including me: may everything go smoothly.
