4. Those with more experience, diverse perspectives, and strong logic are advised to learn more and evaluate the situation from multiple angles before deciding. Alternatively, set clear stop-loss points regarding compensation/year-end bonuses, benefits/overtime, supervisors’ character and professionalism, gender equality, promotion systems, talent development, departmental conditions, and so on.
